Public-sector conferences, regulated-industry gatherings and certification events cannot put their delegate list in someone else's cloud. secQR issues the badge, admits the visitor and carries contact exchange on the same credential, inside the infrastructure you already run.
Issue
Registration creates the visitor record inside your environment. secQR generates a unique encrypted code for that person and it prints on the badge alongside the rest of the artwork, on whatever stock and printer the event already uses. The code holds no readable personal data. It resolves only against the record you control.
Admit
The badge validates at the entrance on any phone camera or gate scanner. Policy decides the rest: valid days, session and zone rules, re-entry, one-time-use where a pass should not be shared. A duplicate badge is flagged on its first scan, and a credential can be withdrawn mid-event without reprinting a badge.
Exchange
An exhibitor scans a visitor badge and receives the contact details that visitor agreed to share. Visitors scan each other the same way. Whoever is scanning can attach context on the spot: the stand, the session, an interest, a note to follow up on. Every exchange is logged against both records, and the log stays where the rest of the event data sits.
One attendee record per person, live entry and session counts, and an audit trail of every credential issued, admitted or withdrawn.
